Chef Tim Majoras of Flying Fish at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort has been recognized as the Critic’s Pick: Best Chef in the Orlando Magazine’s 2019 Dining Awards. Dining critic Joseph Hayes cited Chef Tim’s ingenuity and foresight as something that makes him a cut above as he creates dishes with a vision of what is possible.
It is an honor to have Chef Tim recognized by Orlando Magazine – and just a further testament to his training and skill. Guests can enjoy Chef Tim’s seafood-centric menu at the Flying Fish featuring entirely sustainable fish and shellfish. Some of his creative culinary creations include softshell crab, corn-crusted wild Gulf shrimp, wild Alaskan king salmon and plancha-seared Hokkaido scallops which are layered above colorful vegetables, grits or potatoes. For meat eaters, there is Wagyu filet mignon, Kurobuta pork belly, chicken and char-crusted New York strip.
